I had the pleasure of trying Sahale snacks recently and I wanted to share an amazing recipe I made! First of all Sahale has health conscious snacks that include nuts and oats to fill you up when you are on the go. I LOVED the nuts that came pre packaged for on the go… but I also used them in a recipe with chicken.
All you need is the following:
2 individual bags of Sahale snacks (1 can be used as well just use
1/2 cup planko
1 cup flour
4-5 small chicken breast tenders
Put Sahale snacks in a ziplock bag and seal. Roll with rolling pin
until nuts are finely chopped and not chunky.
Crack eggs in bowl and whisk
Mix Sahale crushed snacks with planko and put on a plate
Put flour on a plate
Wash chicken breasts and roll them in flour. Next dip them briefly in egg and then roll in Sahale and plank mix. Do this for all breasts and place on baking sheet.
Bake on 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Check temp of chicken or cut open to make sure it isn’t pink. Serve with your favorite sides.
